Megan Fox Wins FHM’s Sexiest Woman Title
Actress Megan Fox was named the world’s sexiest woman on Wednesday by an annual online poll, while the world’s most Googled woman, Britney Spears, barely scraped in at No. 100 after a shocker of a year.Fox, 21, who starred in last year’s hit movie “Transformers,” grabbed the title from actress Jessica Alba, 26, topping online men’s magazine FHM Online’s (www.FHMonline.com) reader poll of the 100 Sexiest Women in the World for 2008.
Alba dropped to No. 3, coming behind American actress and former model Jessica Biel but ahead of Canadian actress Elisha Cuthbert who was ranked fourth after appearing in horror movie “Captivity” last year. U.S actress and singer Scarlett Johansson, 23, rounded out the top five.
“Megan Fox is the deserving winner of this year’s FHM title. She’s young, she’s hot, she’s a rising star and her sex appeal has definitely transformed this year’s list. She’s got a great future ahead of her,” said FHM Online U.S. Editor JR Futrell.
Fox debuted on the list at No. 68 in 2006 and was ranked No. 65 last year. But playing the lead female role in “Transformers,” a blockbuster $700 million hit at worldwide box offices, markedly raised her profile.
Semi-nude photos of Scarlett, Gisele up for grabs
Semi-nude photographs of actress Scarlett Johansson and Brazilian beauty Gisele Bundchen will be up for grabs at Skylight in New York City.
The auction organised by Allure magazine titled ‘Most Alluring Bodies‘ would exhibit Regan Cameron’s photo of Bundchen featuring topless in jeans and a big floppy hat, but with her back to the camera.
Celebrity photographer Annie Leibowitz’s snaps feature Johansson lying on a couch in a pair of underwear and a beaded top, reports E! Online.
Also up for grabs is a rare picture shot by photographer Eve Arnold of Marilyn Monroe on the set of The Misfits.
The auction, to be held on May 7 would kick off Skin Cancer Awareness Month.
Beyonce, Jay-Z Marriage Becomes Official
American R&B superstar Beyonce Knowles and hip-hop mogul Jay-Z have filed a wedding license, dated April 4, signed by the person who officiated at the wedding, media reported Wednesday.
The license was received by mail last Friday, said Scarsdale Clerk Donna Conkling, the town clerk of Scarsdale Village in suburban Westchester County, New York City.
The celebrities and their representatives refused to talk about the details at the wedding.
The “03 Bonnie & Clyde” super music couple held a lavish private party in Manhattan on April 4, with guests including Gwyneth Paltrow and Beyonce’s former Destiny’s Child bandmates, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams.
Beyonce, 26, and former street hustler Jay-Z, 38, born Shawn Carter, have been dating since September 2002.
Beyonce rose to fame as a member of Destiny’s Child but emerged as a superstar with her big-screen role as Foxxy Cleopatra in the 2002 film comedy “Austin Powers in Goldmember.”
In 2003, she scored a hit with her debut solo album, “Dangerously in Love,” collecting five Grammys.
She earned a Golden Globe nomination in 2006 for her role in the film adaptation of the Broadway hit musical “Dreamgirls.”
Jay-Z ran the rap label Def Jam Records as president for several years but stepped down from that post in December. He also co-owns the New Jersey Nets professional basketball team.
Penelope Cruz to go Topless in New Movie
Hollywood actress Penelope Cruz is set to bare all in her new movie “Elegy.”
In the film, Cruz stars as curvy student Consuela Castillo, who has an affair with her older professor, played by Sir Ben Kingsley.
The 64-year-old veteran actor gets to have screen sex with the 33-year-old actress.
“Penelope has done screen nudity before and isn’t shy about showing off her boobs and bum,” The Sun quoted a film insider as saying.
“Movie fans are in for a real treat,” the insider added.

Madonna has defended Tom Cruise’s Scientology beliefs.She says she can empathise with the 45-year-old actor as she is a devout follower of the Kabbalah faith.
‘I don’t care if people worship turtles or frogs - if they’re good people, that’s all I care about, and Tom is a good person,’ she says.
‘I think he gets a raw deal, just as I think the orphans in Malawi get a raw deal, just as I think a lot of marginalised people get a raw deal.
‘People are just strangely suspicious of people who want to do something good. Yes, there are children that need to be adopted in the US and in the UK, but no one’s going to die in an orphanage in America,’ she tells the Daily Express.
Meanwhile, Madonna, 49, has requested that her adoption hearing in Malawi for David Banda be postponed - despite having tried to formalise it for over a year.
Madge had been expected at a Malawian court later this month. But now the country’s High Court has accepted her appeal to put the hearing back so that she can travel to the US to promote her new album Hard Candy.
The court date will take place on 15 May.
She has had custody of David, 2, for 18 months.
Harry Potter Star Daniel Radcliffe Seeks Mystery Australian girl
Daniel Radcliffe, the actor behind the boy wizard Harry Potter, is hunting for a mystery Australian girl who cast a spell on him at a film awards party, local media reported on Monday. Radcliffe, who started playing Potter in the popular Harry Potter movies when he was 11, has often spoken about not being able to find a girlfriend.
But Sydney’s Daily Telegraph Newspaper said Radcliffe, 18, now wanted help to track down a woman he met briefly at a film event in Australia.
“She stared at me all night and I was going to get her number and then I couldn’t find her,” Radcliffe told the newspaper.
“I must have walked around that party for an hour trying to look for this girl, like some sad pathetic dweeb, but it would have been worth it.”
The Daily Telegraph has started its own search for the mystery beauty, asking the young woman to contact the newspaper.

Spanish actress Penelope Cruz is setting pulses racing with her steamy new film, Elegy.
The Oscar-nominated star strips off for a topless scene in the movie, which is based on Philip Roth’s short novel The Dying Animal.
She appears alongside Sir Ben Kingsley, who plays a charismatic professor who loses his composure when he falls in love with a student half his age.
The star is no stranger to nudity - she has gone topless in more than eight films, including the Italian release Don’t Move.
She admits her hairdresser mother, Encarna, and merchant father, Eduardo, aren’t thrilled at her nude scenes.
She has said previously: “Going topless is not my favourite thing. It’s a little tough for my parents.”
