Gwyneth Paltrow looked gorgeous showing off her new shorter than it’s been in years ‘do at The Prince’s Trust and RBS Celebrate Success Awards in London today. I think I made it kinda clear what I think about her new ‘do, but Bella wants to know - love it or hate it? Neither her dinner date the night before, Madonna, or husband Chris Martin were by her side for the event, but Kevin Spacey joined her on the red carpet as did Prince Charles himself. Fancy, fancy.

Mariah Carey, 37, whose latest hit urges an unknown suitor to “touch her body,” tells Allure that in real life, she’s a prude. “It’s a dichotomy, I know,” the singer says, but she maintains, “I’m Mary Poppins: I’m what the buttoned-up girls are supposed to be.”
Someone should tell her wardrobe (some highlights of which are gathered above for your amusement).

George Clooney will Be Godfather to Nicole Kidman’s Baby
Nicole Kidman has asked fellow movie star George Clooney to be the godfather of her not yet born baby.
Kidman is planning to have her baby baptized in the Catholic Church and thinks Clooney is the ideal godfather for the baby.
A celebrity insider told Star Magazine,
“Nicole asked George to be her baby’s godfather, and he has agreed.”
No words just yet from both parties though.
Kidman and Clooney were co-stars in the 1997 thriller-action movie “The Peacemaker”. And since that time they became close friends.
Clooney once commented on Kidman’s pregnancy, saying she would be a “perfect” and “tall” mother.
Kidman is carrying her first child with country singer hubby Keith Urban.
It will be her first biological child in addition to the two adopted children, Connor Antony and Isabella Jane, she has with ex-husband Tom Cruise.
George Clooney will be Dr in ‘ER’ Again
George Clooney is reportedly set to make a comeback on the long-running medical drama ER for its final season.
The series’ producer David Zabel is desperate to get characters old and new together for a one-off special to celebrate the hit show ending - namely Clooney, who would reprise his role as Dr. Douglas Ross.
The TV drama, which will reportedly end after its 15th season, catapulted the 46-year-old star to the Hollywood A-list after his run on the show from 1994 to 1999. Zabel says,
“We want to revisit characters that have existed on the show over the years and say where they are now. We’d love to get them all back in some way , that doesn’t mean we are going to but we are going to try.”
And bosses at the show’s network NBC are also eager to bring back actor Anthony Edwards - despite the fact his character Dr. Mark Greene died of a brain tumor.
Zabel adds, “There are ways to do it that we’ve thought about - even if it were like a lost episode from 1996.”

This was reportedly taken on the cruise ship Freewind and features Tom Cruise hysterically eating up the attention. The Scientology sponsored birthday party comes complete with a band playing the top gun theme against a giant ass screen with clips from the movie. You know back when you thought Tom Cruise was not crazy. The music continues, as Tom Cruise looks he’s about to have a seizure laughing and congratulating himself. That’s before he starts dancing and singing. Yes, dancing. Singing. Oh and the splits. Tom does the splits. The only thing missing from the end of the clip is where L. Ron Hubbard does the birthday flyby in the mother ship.

Minnie Confirms What We Already Knew
After months of reports that Minnie Driver is expecting, The Riches star finally announced her pregnancy on the talk show circuit yesterday. Talk show host Jay Leno let the cat out the bag on The Tonight Show Thursday night when he remarked teasingly that the actress had gained weight.
“Are you calling me fat?” she joked.
When Jay asked if she was pregnant, Minnie, 38, replied, “Yes I am.” Still no word on the identity of the lucky father-to-be. The actress told him that she loves being pregnant “more than anything else,” but is not so much liking the morning sickness.
